Shipping policy

Delivery is £3.95. For orders over £40, delivery is free of charge. We do not currently offer a guaranteed next day delivery option, although most of our parcels do get delivered the following working day.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only (excluding Channel Islands, BFPO and PO Box addresses).

 

Orders are processed and despatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays, and potentially the period between Christmas and New Year). Most orders will be dispatched on the same or next working day of your order being made, and be delivered within 1 to 2 days (starting from the day after your order is dispatched, and not including Sundays). If you have not received your order within 7 days of the order date, please contact us so that we can look into this urgently for you.

On occasion, some of our carriers and/or suppliers may be experiencing difficulties and delays, which may lead to a delay with your order. We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience that longer delivery times may cause. 

We use a courier to deliver most orders (and Royal Mail tracked on occasion). These services provide tracking updates from the point of parcel drop off to the parcel being delivered to the delivery address you specified when ordering, and we will endeavour to provide this tracking information to you before the order is delivered. We reserve the right to use another delivery service if deemed necessary or preferable by us.
 
Subject to your cancellation rights set out in our Terms and Conditions, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to consider orders fully delivered and completed (in conjunction with proof of delivery, either via online tracking and/or photo proof of the parcel being left/handed over) by the courier or delivery service. We do not consider ourselves to be liable for any deliveries that have not reached you for whatever reason - if there is proof of delivery by the courier (that we supply to you or is visible to you already) i.e. via online tracking or photo proof. If this proof exists and is shown to you, we will not be liable for a full or partial refund, or to send out the products ordered again in a new delivery. We are, of course, happy to work with you to resolve these issues if they arise.

On rare occasions (largely due to stock count discrepancies), some of the products available to buy from us may need to be put on back order before being sent out to you. If this is the case, we will notify you via email at the earliest opportunity, and give you the option of waiting or being refunded. On occasion, our suppliers may not hold stock (or enough stock) to enable your order to be fully or partially completed. On those occasions, you will be offered a full or partial refund (whichever is applicable). 
Delivery will be completed when the products are delivered to the delivery address that you specified at the time of your order.

Please note - packaging may be differ on the physical product(s) you receive, as branding can occasionally change over without our knowledge. Some brands change packaging and product designs every now and again. We do not refund or replace items in instances such as this. 

Good care is taken to ensure that the products and their packaging is sent to you in excellent condition. Please contact us immediately (no later than 7 days after receipt of order) if you find that the delivery does not include products you have ordered, or is incorrect or if any products are damaged upon opening the order packaging.
