Refund policy
REFUNDS
A refund can be requested if you change your mind BEFORE THE ORDER DISPATCH PROCESS IS UNDERWAY. We cannot immediately refund an order once the preparations to pick, package and dispatch have started. Please see the returns section below in this regard.
We will refund orders (either fully or partially) if we are unable to send the item(s) in your order for whatever reason. If there is to be a delay of more than 2 to 3 working days in the order dispatch, we will contact you to ask if you wish to wait or to be refunded and have the order cancelled. You will be advised of the process and (if applicable) your options via email, as soon as possible.
Unless specifically requested by you in advance of a refund being made, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used in your order.
RETURNS
Returns requests must be notified with 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order if you wish to arrange a return.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in all the original packaging with all seals intact. You cannot cancel your order or request a refund once you have opened the product containers or packaging, or if you have used the product.
Unless the items you receive are either damaged, or not what you ordered, you will be liable for the full cost of the return (including all packaging and delivery costs). We will not accept minor/insignificant damage as a reason for return (i.e. a manufacturer's cardboard box the item is contained within has a small crinkle or dent on it).
Please note - packaging may be differ on the physical product you receive, as branding can occasionally change over without our knowledge. Some brands change packaging and product designs every now and again. We do not refund or replace items in instances such as this.

Your order will not be refunded until the item(s) being returned have been received and inspected by us. We will process the refund back to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s). In certain circumstances, an online shop credit may be applied.
We do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged when being returned to us. To avoid problems, ensure you pack the items securely and keep a proof of postage receipt from the post office or send the items back to us via a tracked/recorded service that has adequate insurance for the value of the returned items.
